Because our products are custom-printed, returns are limited. This Return Policy explains when Print Custom Wraps will offer a remedy and how to request support. 

1) Custom Products: Limited Returns 

All printed wraps and custom products are made to order. For that reason, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer-supplied artwork issues, typos in approved files, design choices, or changes of mind. 

2) When Well Make It Right 

If there is a verified issue caused by Print Custom Wrapssuch as a production defect or an error that does not match your approved proof or order specificationswe will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy. Remedies may include (at our discretion): 

  • Reprint of the affected item(s) 

  • Store credit 

  • Refund for the affected portion of the order 

3) Reporting Window and What We Need 

To help us resolve issues quickly: 

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery for print/production concerns. 

  • For shipping damage, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging materials. 

  • Email info@printcustomwraps.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product. 

4) Not Covered (Common Exclusions) 

The following are not typically eligible for reprints or refunds: 

  • Color differences between your screen/monitor and the printed product, or normal print-to-print variation. 

  • Minor variations inherent to printing (small shifts, slight banding within normal tolerance, substrate texture). 

  • Errors in customer-provided files (low resolution, incorrect dimensions, missing bleed/safe area, wrong color mode). 

  • Spelling, sizing, layout, or content errors that were present in the approved proof or final submitted file. 

  • Damage caused during installation, handling, storage, or use after delivery. 

5) Cancellations and Changes 

Orders may be changed or canceled only before production begins. Once production or processing has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order. 

6) Returns for Verified Issues 

In some cases, we may request that you return the product for inspection. If we confirm the issue is our responsibility, we will provide instructions and address shipping costs as appropriate. 

7) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes 

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Payment disputes may delay resolution while the claim is reviewed.
