Print Custom Wraps — Terms of Service 

Effective Date: [Month Day, Year][Text Wrapping Break]These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Print Custom Wraps website and any orders placed through it (the “Site” and “Services”). By visiting the Site, uploading files, requesting quotes, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services. 

1) Who We Are 

“Print Custom Wraps,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Print Custom Wraps. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or user of the Site. 

2) Eligibility & Account Responsibility 

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. 

Recommended file preparation (general wrap printing): 

We may flag files that appear unprintable, but we are not required to review or correct your files, and we do not guarantee we will catch every issue. 

5) Color, Materials, and Output Expectations 

Printing involves variables that can affect results, including (but not limited to) substrate type, laminates, coatings, printer calibration, ink limits, and lighting conditions. 

6) Proofs, Approvals, and Customer Sign-Off 

If a proof is provided, it is for layout/content confirmation and general appearance. Unless explicitly stated as a contract proof, it is not a guarantee of exact color match. 

Once you approve artwork (or instruct us to proceed), you accept responsibility for: 

7) Turnaround Times, Shipping, and Risk of Loss 

Production timelines are estimates and can change due to file issues, approval delays, supply constraints, carrier delays, or force majeure events. 

Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier (unless prohibited by law in your jurisdiction). 

8) Returns, Reprints, and Issue Reporting 

Because printed items are custom-produced, returns are typically limited. 

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us promptly with: 

We may request the item be returned for inspection. If we confirm an error caused by Print Custom Wraps, we may, at our discretion: 

We are not responsible for issues caused by customer-supplied files, incorrect specs provided by the customer, or normal/expected variation in print processes. 

9) Customer Content: Ownership, Permissions, and License 

When you upload artwork, images, logos, text, or other content (“Customer Content”), you represent and warrant that: 

You grant Print Custom Wraps a limited license to use Customer Content solely as needed to fulfill your order (including production, proofing, and quality control). We do not acquire ownership of your Customer Content. 

10) Prohibited Content 

You may not submit Customer Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, or that promotes illegal activity. You also may not upload malware or content designed to disrupt the Site or Services. 

We may refuse any order or file submission that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate.

The Site may reference third-party services or websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk. 

13) Disclaimers 

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Services will meet every expectation. 

14) Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Custom Wraps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or Services. 

If liability is found, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim (or the minimum required by law, if greater).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Print Custom Wraps and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
